Mediak CDs bring together the incredible talents of Matt Huesmann and Christopher Davis, both of whom are award-winning composers and arrangers for such children’s Christian labels as “Veggie Tales” and “Cedermont Kids.” With 9 Dove Award nominations, Matt won a Dove Award for a Point of Grace song, “The Great Divide,” and has written songs for artists like Sandi Patty, Steve Green & Amy Grant.
Professional artists and engineers in the Nashville area are responsible for recording each child’s name individually and blending it perfectly so that the name flows flawlessly within the music, no matter how many syllables are in the name. It’s true: your child’s name really is sung 98 times in the Playtime CD, which is all original music by the David/Huesmann team. Other CDs might combine original music with children’s favorites, all singing your child’s name multiple times throughout.
Use the “check names” area to hear your child’s actual name in the music.
That’s Me Sports is the producer who brings us the Sports CDs and Christmas story that we currently offer through Mediak, using first name only. But we are working directly with Jon Hart to offer even more personalization in both these CDs. We offer team specific sports – both professional teams and select NCAA teams - with both first and last names used. His team will go into the studio to make your child’s CD, using any unique name that we currently do not offer otherwise. With the Christmas story, “How I Saved Christmas,” we can just do a first name.
Team-specific sports CDs will sound very much like the Mediak ones, so you can get a good idea from listening to a sample in the Mediak section. That’s Me! Music is the leader in licensed character CDs. Your child’s name is sung multiple times throughout the CDs. In-between the songs, the characters speak to your child by name. Enjoy the “Disney Princess Tea Party,” and “Sing Along with Mickey, Minnie & Goofy,” and have fun with Elmo, The Wiggles, Barney, and 2 volumes of favorite Veggie Tales songs.
Funshine Music is pleased to add Just Me! Music CDs to its roster of wonderful music. Just Me! Music CDs are licensed and recorded by the actual characters from your favorite shows. There's plenty of great music, AND the characters will also talk to your child in between each song. The name is used throughout each CD numerous times.
